What I Look For
Prior expertise in every area is not required. More important are consistency, willingness to learn, careful documentation, and the ability to follow a technical problem through to a defensible result.
Students interested in joining the group should send a concise email describing their background, research interests, relevant coursework or programming experience, and the amount of time they can realistically commit.
